General

  • IS (Trading) Limited is referred to as "IS Trading" or "we" or "us" throughout these terms and conditions and the special conditions (described below) collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions." The word "customer" or "you" refers to any individual, business, or other entity who places an order with us. Before using the website (also known as "our e-store," please read these terms and conditions carefully). You acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by your use of the site or any portion thereof.
  • IS (Trading) is a limited liability company based in Hong Kong 
  • We use every effort to keep the costs, information, and sizes of the items in our online store current. All orders are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We'll do everything we can to make sure the item(s) you see in our online store are in stock. We retain the right to provide substitute items of comparable quality and style if sometimes any products go out of stock.

  • All orders are subject to final availability confirmation, and we retain the right to refuse the order if any of the requested items or services are unavailable.

Registration

  • Before purchasing any product on our store, it is mandatory you must first register as a user.
  • You must register with true, full, and current information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
  • You give us permission to assume that anyone accessing the e-store using your username and password is either you or has your permission to act on your behalf.
  • We reserve the right to refuse registration to any potential customer and to cancel any customer's registration for any reason at our sole discretion.
  • Any changes to the information you gave should be immediately communicated to us via our website, email, or phone so that we can connect with you efficiently.

 

Price and Payment

  • The price listed on the order confirmation display is the amount that the customer must pay to IS Trading for the product(s).
  • The cost must be paid in full at the moment the order is placed.
  • Under the terms of this agreement, a separate payment gateway and payment processing business may be used to offer the payment processing services for products and/or services bought through the Website. These conditions constitute a contract between the customer and IS (Trading) Limited, irrespective of the payment processing service provider. For any other kind of transaction, the customer and we have come to an agreement, and IS Trading will provide the goods and/or services.

 

Notification for Ordering

  • While you place an order, you signify your agreement to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below when buying goods or services.
  • We'll send you an acknowledgement after we've received your order. It does not, however, imply that we have approved your order.
  • Any purchase order may be rejected by us without providing a justification. We will contact you by phone or email if we are unable to accept your order (for instance, owing to a problem with your payment).
  • If your order is confirmed, we will let you know when the delivery will take place.
  • You will get the Order Acceptance Email for out-of-stock products once they are ready for delivery and become available.
  • We have the right to refuse or cancel any order and restrict the number of orders that we accept.
  • Before accepting or processing any orders, we might need more qualifying information.


Ownership and Risk

  • IS Trading retains ownership of every item to be purchased before delivery happens. The owner gets ownership after delivery.
  • No product is released for delivery until full payment has been made.
  • Any damages or risks associated with the products fall to the customer after full sale has been made and delivery completed.

 

Warranty

The qualifications and parameters of our warrantee is outlined in the following clauses.

  • Our warranty covers the cost of repairs following a mechanical or electrical issue. Your statutory rights are not affected by the provisions of this plan.
  • All our products are well-made and of outstanding quality. We will make all repairs free of charge for a period of 90 days from the date the items were delivered. We also make free repairs for the length of your warranty
  • Purchase receipt must be displayed compulsorily before repairs are made.
  • Rights to warranty is withdrawn if damages are made by third party or by intentional damage.
  • Other or additional claims, including compensation for losses experienced outside of the goods, are barred to the extent that responsibility is not authorized by law.

 

Service & Spare Parts and Others

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the sourcing of spare parts needed for repairs or installation.
  • We retain ownership of all products until we receive full payment of the amount, and risk passes to the client upon delivery/pickup of the product
  • To be eligible for IS Trading's warranty, all our products must be used solely for residential and personal purposes.
  • We will not be held responsible under any circumstances for any loss of income, profit, or any other indirect or consequential damage incurred by you from the sale.


Product Installation

  • We may arrange for the delivery of appliances and stacking kits to the consumer's location if the necessary services are available and no structural work is required ("IS Trading installation").
  • Fees and costs apply for installation, which will be communicated by us and agreed upon with the consumer before any installation.
  • If our product is not installed following the instruction manual, the IS Trading guarantee may be voided.
  • We charge a service fee if you wish to correct the installation of our product(s) by someone other than IS Trading.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage to the product/s caused by the installation by parties other than IS Trading.
  • The consumer must notify us of any impediments that may prohibit or impair installation prior to the date of installation, including, but not limited to:
  • Lack of electricity / distance to power inlet; • Lack of water / distance to water inlet; • Other works being done at the premises; • Hazardous materials / substances situated at the premises; • Flooring inadequacies;
  • Damage waiver while installing appliances. Any transportation or installation of the equipment involves some risk. Damage to the surroundings around its installation, including but not limited to flooring, cabinets, and counter tops, is possible. The technician or the firm are not accountable for any such losses that arise as a result of this installation.
