Our on-site warranty and repair services are conducted by service engineers highly experienced in Bosch, Siemens and other appliance brands. You can trust in quality services that’s just like ordering from the distributors themselves.

Our service engineers conduct majority of the repairs on-site, while more complex repairs will be done at our repair center.Replacement Parts

Our original manufacturer replacement parts are ordered directly from manufacturers from Europe, and airlifted to Asia. You can even save on price markups from local distributors who provide those replacements parts.

Regional Availability
We currently offer our warranty and repair services in Hong Kong and Singapore. Meanwhile, Mainland China, Macau, and Malaysia customers can enjoy the same coverage, only with additional charges for shipping the appliances to and from Hong Kong and Singapore. 2-YEAR WARRANTY

We have the utmost confidence in the durability and premium quality of our appliances, but we still provide a 2-year warranty to give you complete peace of mind.

In the event that you need repair services, our service engineers highly experienced in the appliance brands will provide you with quick, reliable, and useful assistance.

Our warranty covers the complete costs of repair, including:

LIFETIME REPAIR SUPPORT

Regardless of the warranty coverage that you choose to purchase, the rapid and reliable services of our service engineers in Hong Kong and Singapore will always be available for modest fees for on-site inspections, labor and replacement part. INSTALLATION

Optionally, we also offer quality installation services, conducted by our highly experience service engineers.

Upon request, our engineers will:

• Set up and commission the appliances
• Assemble and install the appliances
• Conduct connection and functional testing

Costs and fees will be quoted depending on the specific design and setup of your premises where the appliances will be installed.
