3D Hotair: The fan distributes the heat from the ring-shaped heating element in the back wall evenly around the oven perfect for baking or roasting multiple dishes without mixing flavours.
Hotair gentle: The fan and ring-shaped heating element are used intermittently to save energy and cook in phases with residual heat distributed evenly around the oven.
Hotair grilling: The grill element and the fan switch on and off alternately to circulate the hot air around the food. Perfect for roasting poultry, whole fish or large pieces of meat.
Full-width variable grill: The area below the grill element becomes hot and the heat can be adjusted. This function is ideal for grilling steak, sausages, or making toast.
